The Eviction Prevention Handbook was designed for the purpose of informing Toronto tenants of their rights when facing illegal rental evictions, a growing problem in the City.
My role: Print/Digital Design, UX Writing
A handbook that provides accessible information on illegal evictions and rights for Toronto tenants.
Led by the Customer Experience and Innovation Program (CXi), consultations were conducted with relevant policymakers and counsellors to determine the objectives of the resource.
Collaborating directly with the CXi team and stakeholders, I led the visual design and UX writing for the handbook using agile methodologies, while maintaining AODA accessibility standards for both the print and digital editions.
I prepared the corresponding print edition and preparations for language translations for the handbook to be available in key regions of the city.
